One of my new year’s resolutions is to focus on my creative side and develop those skills through practise. I have a keen interest in tattoos and body art! I decided that a good start would be to purchase an airbrush and practice developing my skills safely on my friends and myself, without the permanent results of tattooing and potential of blood poisoning.

I bought myself an airbrush, complete with an airbrush compressor, art colours and various stencil designs to get me started. The stencils were all standard tattoo designs. My plan was to start of practising with these and then create my very own stencils for my custom tattoo designs that i have been sketching. It is a good way to gain exposure for your designs and also make some side money.

As I opened up the airbrush I was rather impressed with the design. It looked rather professional with its sleek dimensions and chrome looking finish. I also felt very comfortable in my hand. Before I got started on my sisters new body art design, I had a look through the various body art stencils. I thought that I would start with a simple shape and practise my colour blending. I chose the rose design stencil. As for inks, I would do a red, green and black combination.

I plugged in the compressor and connected up the hose to the iwata-airbrush I had bought from GraphicAir.co.uk. The airbrush is operated by a compressor. It compresses air and forces it up the hose and into the airbrush, where it sprays out a fine jet of ink onto your skin.

I cleaned the area where the design was to be applied, then wiped it with an alcohol swab. Next I peeled away the backing of the stencil and carefully placed the stencil on her arm, ensuring that it was straight and in the correct position. From there you simply start spraying and blend the colours as you please. It started off with the red and green and used the black ink to add a shadowing effect to the rose. I was rather impressed with my artistic creation. Once the ink has dried I put on some setting powder and it was done. the tattoo should last between two and five days and special care should be taken to avoid as much contact with water when showering.

My sister was very happy with her new rose tattoo. Having successfully finished my first design I’m looking forward to making my custom stencils like this one on the Graphic Air Website.

Anytime your doctor prescribes a medication to you, he or she will also discuss if there will be a serious drug interaction with what you already take. Some prescriptions can be changed to avoid this happening and this is done to protect people’s health. Another person who can tell you about drug interactions is your pharmacist. You know this guy, he wears the white coat and fills your prescriptions at the market.

To have this job, you must have at least a bachelor in science degree which proves that you have taken math, biology and chemistry classes. Having a pharmacy job can have you working in a hospital, in a medical center or in a drug store and a search online for pharmacy jobs will let you know what openings there are where you live.

This is a specialized job where the latest knowledge of medications is a constant process of education. Some pharmacists can choose to specialize in the research of pharmaceuticals or they can be in the marketing and sales of medications for a particular company. It is obvious that this field is growing faster than normal with more and more positions being offered each day. If you like chemistry and biology, you might consider majoring in the pharmacy field.

Many people are not aware that the original intended purpose of botox was for people who were suffering from eye spasms. It was also used to treat misalignment of the eye and today it has cosmetic applications too. The FDA has approved botox to be used by dermatologists to improve the look of fine lines on the face. Another popular use is for the superficial wrinkles that many people have between their brows.

This is caused by brow furrowing that is a daily occurrence. Those who suffer from migraines can also find help with the use of botox. We all have facial expression such as frowning, smiling and squinting that can also cause these types of lines on the face. Botox has been found to be very effective for all these lines.

Botox can also be used as a preventative for these lines by prohibiting a person from making those facial gestures that add to the creation of these lines. If you think you would like to have more information about botox, and you live in the London area, check out botox London to get all your questions answered. The more you know about botox, the better choices you can make regarding your treatment.

Weight Watchers is a weight loss program that offers weight loss support, with a diet plan that goes by points instead of counting calories, carbohydrates or sugars. For many people it is very beneficial since they offer Weight Watchers voucher codes and so many tips to lose weight. The only downfall is that you are still counting something it may not be calories, carbs or sugars but it’s points. Losing weight needs to be a lifestyle change. They do have a point system that tends to work for many especially since they have broken it down for many popular restaurants so the person on the program can go out to eat if they wanted to and eat. There is no program that they offer for exercise they do encourage it but don’t have an actual facility. Weight Watchers point system is based off of your initial weight and how much you want to lose. One of the really good things about their program is that it does tend to make the person more cautious about what they eat and drink. It will make them more aware of their choices even after they have completed the program. With a 96% approval from their customers they must know something that many need to know.

Every website that talks about beauty products has at least one Elite Eye Serum review on their site. Each of these websites talks very highly of this product. We did a little research to find out more for our readers.

This product uses three of the most advanced ingredients, Argireline, Haloxyl and Eyeliss, which have been developed after years of intensive research and testing. The product is a perfect blend of modern research and nature’s resources, as it uses Aloe Vera, Acai berry and many effective ingredients.

We did a little research on a number of websites and surprisingly we only found good reviews. After scanning multiple websites we found no bad reviews for this product.

Also, we visited their website to check on after sales service and found out that customer service is offered via live chat and a toll free number. Both the options get you easily connected to a pleasant agent who is more than happy to answer all your queries. Also, they offer a money back guarantee which allows you to try their products without much thought, though we doubt you’ll need to use this.

This is the oft-repeated health mantra during our elementary years. Vegetables are on the top of the list when it comes to making you glow, as it is the most effective in protecting you from various diseases and maintaining that healthy body. Here are some of these super vegetables.

Broccoli. Yes, it’s yucky, it doesn’t taste good, and you’d rather have lettuce than a broccoli stick. But think about this, the youngest broccoli stalks pack an amazing amount of vitamin C, beta carotene, folic acid, and calcium. It has a lot of good, but non-soluble fiber too, so be warned of taking in too much broccoli as it will produce a lot of gas.

Spinach. This green vegetable will aid you in delaying that bad eyesight as you age. The little, dark green leaves that make up the spinach are loaded with carotenoids that help prevent AMD, or age-related macular degeneration. Spinach also protects you from cancer, as it has high doses of vitamin A.

Tomato. The bright red bulbs are filled with a lot of lycopene and beta carotene which fight cancer. Studies have shown that there is a 40% decrease of prostate cancers, and cancers found in the esophagus, stomach, and the intestines when people regularly eat tomatoes. So, don’t skip that tomato sauce, or you might try pizza as often as you can, to delay the effects of free radicals on your digestive tract.
